Twenty new 1-(subsittituted aminomethyl)-2-oxo-3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoylhydrazono)-5-substituted indoles (10-29) have been synthesized and their effect studied against the Sunnhemp rosette virus. Majority of the compounds have shown significant activity against the virus.
