The sensitivities of clinical isolates of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphlococcus aureus to tobramycin were tested by both the disc sensitivity. A large percentage of the Ps. aeruginosa and Staph. aureus than gentamycin, when tested by the disc method. There was a linear relationship between M.I.C. values and the diameter of the inhibition zones when subjected to regression analysis.
